DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PRE- WORKOUT SMOOTHY::  
BLENDER:: 1-2 cups of ice
1 Scoop Milk Chocolate Prolab Protein Powder
1.5 -2 large tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 pack/ 1 teaspoon of stevia
1/3 - 1/4 cup of Non-fat milk or UNSWEETENED Almond Milk
1/3-1/4 cup of water
Blend until thick like ice cream and enjoy :)
 
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE POST WORKOUT SMOOTHY::
BLENDER:: 1-2 cups of ice
1 Scoop Prolab Wild Strawberry Whey Protein Isolate
1/2 cup fresh berries of choice (strawberry or raspberry best)
1/2- 1 container Strawberry (or flavor of choice) Dannon Fit & Lite NON-Fat yogurt
I handful or 1/4 cup of rolled oats (oatmeal )
1 pack/ 1 teaspoon of stevia
1/3  of Non-fat milk or UNSWEETENED Almond Milk( optional)
1/3-1/4 cup of water
Blend until thick like ice cream and enjoy :)
 
PROTEIN PANCAKES::

1/2 cup egg whites
1 -2 scoops protein powder ( serves for 1 or 2 meals )
Add 100% pure pumpkin your choice
Add almond or coconut milk to batter if need be or add extra egg white
for an amazing topping:: mix or whip- non-fat yogurt with a little vanilla protein powder with a few black berries/ berries/ raspberries and stevia- it makes an incredible whip type frosting to top these pancakes with- make sure not to over cook them, once you see a bubble at the top flip right away, cook for only a short time, then remove from heat, or they will be too dry.

 

DELUXE VANILLA PROTEIN PANCAKES::
Place in mixing bowl
1 scoop MRI Pro Nos Protein Powder Vanilla Creme 
1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 
2 heaping tablespoons non fat Greek Yogurt 
1/3 cup egg whites 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
Mix up well almost whisk in bowl
Apply olive oil cooking Spray small- Medium omelette pan 
Cook like a pancake, when you see small bubbles at the top of the pancake flip apply 
1 tablespoon chocolate whip cream and 
1 tablespoon non fat whip cream 
cook for no longer than 1.5 min short cook before serving up 
Top with 1 tablespoon crunchy almond butter 
Divine .... :) 

 

BERRY VANILLA PROTEIN PANCAKES::
Mix all dry ingredients together first
*1 scoop Vanilla Creme MRI Pro-Nos Protein Powder
*1 scoop Strawberry Prolab Essential Whey
*1 teaspoon if you need or want it sweeter stevia or sugar or sweetener of choice
*once all mixed, add 2 egg whites, or 1 egg white and 1 whole egg if you'd like it a bit richer
*2 heaping tablespoons of NONFAT Greek Yogurt


*Mix all ingredients well, mix/whip them until all bumps are out
*add a small handful of fresh or frozen berries of choice, then lightly stir again, or just gently place berries on top of pancake once you have it in the pan
*Spray saute pan well with olive oil cooking spray or spray of choice place flame on medium to high flame
*add ingredients to pan, and wait until you see bubbles at the top, just like a normal pancake. Use a spatula to feel the edge and if it's ready to flip, with confidence flip it over, then quickly add non- fat whip cream all around the edges of the pancake, and a little in the center as well, cook this side for only about 30 seconds, then turn off flame, you can allow it to still sit there while and if you'd like in a separate mixing bowl, add 1-1.5 large tablespns of non fat greek yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon of stevia or sweetener of choice, dash of cinnamon, crushed nuts, or nut butter of choice, handful of mixed berries mix well, until its a thin puree and use to pour on top of your pancakes with extra berries and whip cream.... divine...
Serving size: This will make about 2-3 large pancakes


* note you can also use chocolate Pro-Nos protein and it is JUST as delish... if not EVEN BETTER  i made one like that and topped it with whip and nut butter
